We replace the traditional agent model with technology. Instead of an agent acting as an intermediary, we provide you with the data, tools, and support to be in direct control of your transaction. Our AI Coach provides data-driven scenarios, not opinions, empowering you to make the final decisions.
Yes. We operate as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, which is legally distinct from a licensed real estate brokerage under BC's Real Estate Services Act (RESA). We never act as an agent, provide advice, or handle trust funds.
Pricing & Fees
We charge a simple, transparent "Platform Service Fee" which is a fraction of a traditional commission. This fee gives you access to our entire suite of tools and our network of professionals.
Our fee is only earned and payable upon the successful closing of your transaction. It is handled securely by your own lawyer or notary from the sale proceeds. There are no upfront costs to use our platform.
No. Our pricing is transparent. The only other costs are for the third-party professionals you choose to engage, such as lawyers or home inspectors, whom you pay directly.
For Sellers
Our platform guides you through creating a "Digital Twin" of your property using either our mobile app or by booking a professional drone service. Our AI then enriches this data to create a comprehensive and immersive listing.
Our platform facilitates self-guided tours. Buyers can explore your property's "Digital Twin" virtually or book a time to visit in-person using our secure mobile app, which acts as their AI-powered guide.
For Buyers
You can submit an offer directly through the platform. Our AI Offer Coach will provide you with data-driven scenarios to help you craft a competitive offer, and you can choose from a library of standard, lawyer-vetted clauses to include.
The platform provides a dynamic checklist to guide you through the due diligence process. You will also have access to our network of trusted, independent professionals, such as home inspectors and mortgage brokers, whom you can engage directly.
